Celebrating the first cohort of the Learning Collaborative (TLC) graduates

The Learning Collaborative (TLC) is Australia’s first dedicated program supporting the Lived and Living Experience Workforce (LLEW) in AOD and mental health services. 

This round, 11 organisations completed the program:

  • St Vincents Hospital (Melbourne)

  • Youth Support and Advocacy Service 

TLC helps organisations strengthen lived and living experience workforce involvement by providing practical guidance on policies, processes, and organisational culture. This program builds a network of leaders committed to embedding lived experience at every level of their workplace.
