SHARC’s Organisational Readiness Training – Peer Workforce Development

SHARC’s Peer Projects is delivering Organisational Readiness Training as part of peer workforce development.

This training is specifically designed to prepare organisations to introduce a peer workforce and provide a framework to support and sustain an existing workforce.  It is a unique course, focussed entirely on the peer work discipline for executive, managers and other staff.

What you can expect:

  • Develop an understanding of the peer work discipline through its history, contemporary practice and evidence base.
  • Understand the key domains to successful implementation and use this opportunity to get it right from the start.
  • Understand workforce support requirements, sustainability frameworks and workshop localised challenges and opportunities.
