SHARC is running a free 4 week InFocus program for friends and families of gamblers.

Family members of people with gambling problems often focus on strategies that involve trying to change someone else.  These strategies may be ineffective in changing someone else and also cause emotional and physical health problems in family members. The ripple out effect on children and or siblings picking up on the absorbing activities of gambling online can also be problematic.
