Free one on one confidential phone support is available for families affected by someone’s drug and alcohol use in the Great South Coast area.

Family Drug Help (FDH) assists over five thousand families each year providing practical help, information and support for those impacted by someone’s drug and alcohol use.

We have partnered with Western Region Alcohol and Drug Centre Inc. (WRAD), Portland District Health and Brophy family and youth services to provide residents of the Great South Coast region brief intervention services.

This service is funded by the Western Victoria Primary Health Network and provides practical help, information and support to families in need in the local government areas of Glenelg, Grampians, Moyne and Corangamite.

Impacted family and friends from this region will receive up to 5 sessions of one on one support from FDH staff. We can also provide referral and linkage with other Family Drug Help programs and services.

To access this service please refer impacted family and friends to call Family Drug Helpline 1300 660 068 and let us know you are from the Great South Coast area.
